Kristen is amazing. Her place is clean and welcoming. She listens to you and wants to make you feel comfortable always. I've been to her for regular massage and now prenatal massage. Both were top notch. She knows all the muscles and where they lead to. You tell her where you want her to work on you, and you leave feeling like she did the job right. I am so thankful to have found Kristen in Redding. She is my go-to massage therapist for sure.
