I live in a rural community with a road association. Loucks has chip-sealed our community road multiple times over the past 20 years, and they have also chip-sealed several of our neighbor's driveways. Loucks has consistently done excellent work at a very fair price, and they have always stood behind their work 100%. Unlike many other companies that do chip seal work in our area, Loucks takes the time to thoroughly prep the road surface before laying the chip-seal, which produces a far superior result that wears better and lasts much longer.
