OUTSTANDING people, service, attitude and attention. I am on a cross country trip from Virginia to all of the west and my left rear tire had a slow leak today. I brought it in here at 3:30 and these guys got me in, found the screw in it, patched and plugged it, and had me on my way. Hardly any wait at all. I am SO indebted to them and they were so nice. And didn’t charge me!!! If I lived out here I would never buy a tire or service anywhere else. Many thanks guys!!!! ??✌?? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
These guys are great. I always use Les Schwab. This Churn Creek store in Redding is just exceptional. I had a destroyed tire while on vacation and pulling my trailer. I took the flat to the Churn Creek store and Randall pointed out my last tires were the wrong ply. A different location must have put them on by mistake. I left with brand new correct tires and Randall arranged for me to get the proper credit. Absolutely fabulous service. They deserve more than five stars
Wanted to say how pleased I was with the service that I received from Les Schwab on churn creek rd I don’t consider buying tires a fun experience however I was so impressed with how professional they were I asked Randall if he could squeeze me in for my truck after my wife’s car. Not only did he get me in he suggested some options for the truck tires that I had not considered. Overall great experience and will recommend them to anyone who wants great service.
