I went two other places in the last month and they kept not doing the rounded shape I wanted they were too pointy, but this is the first time I have tried it here and I finally got the shape I wanted!

I did a walkin for a fill on a sunday. I decided on black and silver. The nail technician was very nice. He had to polish and then re-polish my thumb nails twice while I was there. I thought no problem he is making sure it is right. Then I get home and by tuesday or Wedsday one of my thumbs nails had peeled back with the thick ness of the coat, and I noticed my middle finger on the same hand had a chip. I went in and the same person fixed it at no charge. He was kind about it but kinda withdrawn on my way out and maybe not as friendly. I went in with a few different pictures and the tech told me he did not know how to do what I wanted. I finally showed him another picture and he said he could do it but the end result is not the same. Of course I don't expect it to be exactly like the picture but I wanted the ombre down the nail, instead he painted the entire nail. I wanted the thick larger glitter pieces and he just used glitter nail polish. After looking at other salons, I am seeing other places that are able to do it so I don't understand why this salon could not. Unfortunately, there was also a cockroach in the bathroom.
