Late Saturday afternoon appt went great. Call 1st and make an appt. They called me to see if I could come earlier—yes!
They did a quick Covid test to know how to handle my exam. Negative, so right into a room. Short wait for doctor who had a great bedside manner. Everyone was kind, professional and prompt. No complaints. No idea what the poor ratings are about.
I’ve had to come here three different times this month and it’s been such a pleasant experience. Accommodating and nice staff. Providers took their time to listen and be thorough. Never been here when it was Hilltop, but super happy with Dignity Health
It was a great experience and the place is really clean. I feel safe going there taking my little one. Staff is professional. We call first and they call back within 30 mins and set us an appointment for check in. I like how they are following the infection control so you don't worry you'll catch any bug while you are there. Highly recommend!
