Once you get into the medical rooms , service is great !! But reception is absolutely rude! I’ve been there 3 times for both my kids . And today reception basically refused care for my daughter who’s 2 and is having sick like symptoms. Saying she needed her social to verify insurance . Which some clinics do but for churn creek you only need name, dob, or insurance number. I gave her my daughter’s social and I didn’t even see her type anything . Her response was “yeah no she’s not in here” I’ve been in Redding for 2 months and have had the worst experience here . I will no longer come here for care if they continue to turn my babies down . We've gone there previously and had no issues, but today, a woman at the front desk, who we have not seen before, decided she wasn't going to check us in because we didn't have the physical insurance cards. Despite us being there before and already in the system and despite us being there without the physical insurance cards before. She was disgustingly rude and even other people in line were making comments about her behavior. It was not okay. At all. We left.
Usually prompt service. Excellent providers who listen and communicate well. Clean facility. I have been a patient here for five years and am pleased with my provider being proactive in ordering tests and monitoring my health.
