Front desk staff are always rude on the phone. Went for physical for a job and the NP and medical assistants were amazing. But most of the time when calling to get results and checkups over the phone the staff were snappy and hung up on me a few times when I just wanted questions answered. Upsetting but they’re the only people in town my employer worked with.
Wow the service here SUCKS. I got here at 8:20 for some employment stuff (physical, drug screening, mask fit test, and blood draw). I was handed a couple sheets to fill out and brought them back to the desk. I happily sat down and waited for a while. The lady at the front states that they are short staff because of a couple of call outs (it’s the day after the Super Bowl) so the wait might be a while. I’m cool with that. I wait till 10:30 to ask how much longer it would be because I really need to pee at this point. I also ask if I can just do drug screening urine test since I’ve been waiting for so long. Over all the years, all the reasons I gotta give a shout out and say thanks to lisa for keeping that place running smooth! her and I think the blonde gal with the glass's name is sarah(.I apologize on that)I remember her telling me about her injuries and stuff and really helping through what I was going through at the time. I was in there today.Glad to see them !
