I don't really know what to say my wife went in for a checkup for workman's comp. She was complaining about her shoulder and neck area was still hurting, but better then it was. The doctor said to hold and squeeze her hands then the doctor gave a good yank, which made her more in pain, 9 days later she's still in pain. Hope the Doctor didn't make it worse. The only person that was nice in there was the lady filling out her release paperwork. The sad part about it we have to go back in a couple of weeks. Hopefully they work on there customer service skills.

The provider Tricia has gone out of her way to help me with my situation. The wait times can be upsetting but they are extremely busy and have to deal with work comp. Work comp adjusters are the reason for delays.

The front lady wanted every reason to turn me away. The actual physician or nurse who attended me spent less than 5 minutes in the room attending to me. She was halfway through the door and I was still asking her questions about my symptoms.
