Shila has been helping me and my body recover from bacterial meningitis. I was left with no movement in my body for months. I am now able to move a lot more/ recovering faster then expected. My body was aching after having movement/ exercise apart of my day. This is now part of my recovery. Massage is more than just a luxury or spa experience. I highly recommend!
