Very nice wood Selection but horrible customer service. The guy explained to me if I go through the wood I had to re-stack everything. My wife found a real nice piece that she liked, and we bought it while she was in paying for it. He made a comment that I can't stand women that don't know what they want. That was really wrong. I will never go back to that place again.

The wood is great. The warehouse guy accurately measures board feet, and he has been helpful in mov8ng stacked pallets. However, I recently bought 11 board feet of walnut and was charged for 15 or 16. On this occasion, a guy from the front office measured. Overall I've had good experiences. I recommend doing your own measurements and challenging their numbers if something doesn't add up.
They aren't very well set up for cash payments. Card payments have been smooth.

After seeing the reviews I was a little hesitant of shopping here because I know so little about hardwood but after going there a few times now I have had a great experience with the employees and there is a hood selection of lumber, I will be back
