The best massage in Redding! relieved my sciatica like no one I have ever been to before. She also relieved my neck/upper back tension that I've carried for years and gave me great tips on how to avoid these knots and pinches in the future. She made me comfortable and walked me through what she was going to do the whole time. I have no hesitation referring friends to her whether it's for self-care or pain relief. I had a foot massage but I got an added bonus, a shoulder head and face massage because of a grand opening special. I will highly recommend doing just what I got today.
