My wife and I are in our mid 70s and our air-conditioning stop working right at the beginning of a heat wave. I had try and number of business's and either they were to busy or never called me back. One call to Cascade and with in 10 min Pat had call me and and made arrangements to come out after his already long day and solve our problem. Took only 3 hours after my first contact. How cool is that! Thank you Pat for your kindness and caring!

Absolute Heating in Air was an absolute pleasure to work with. The heater stopped working and they came out and gave me a quote and order the part. They were back to do the repair when they said they would. They charged me hundreds of dollars less than they quoted because my they were able to use my Freon and did not have to pay for extra shipping delivery. I would have never known that they didn't.
