A&R stands behind their work. It’s the type of company where you can actually speak with their owner and talk to a real person when you call the office.
Other companies offer flashy “deals” and marketing gimmicks. A&R is an old fashioned family owned business that you can depend on and stands above the rest.
Honestly I have called other companies twice and both times I went to A&R after and they were honest, fair, professional and seem to be the best priced company in town. Other companies come off as sales men and feel more aggressive on selling you something, A&R feel more like a mom and pop.
Had to do another's service call today as always they were quick and Bret fixed our issue quickly.
After another company caused chaos in my home, this company has been a Godsend. They are a pleasure to work with, won't stop until they find the problem, and most importantly, will stand by their work.
