Louise was super lovely and accommodating, did an amazing job with my nails, she was very thorough and super comfortable. I got Cat eye with extensions. The results were absolutely fantastic. “EMILY DID MY HAIR AND I LOVE HER I recently moved to the area and wanted to find a stylist closer to me. I mainly go to Emily for haircuts these days since I spent years bleaching my hair and needed a break. She gave me great advice on regrowing my hair and never once sold me anything (even tho they had in house products) which was really refreshing. I'd been to many salons that oversell items to you even if it isnt the most optimal for your hair. Emily is really friendly and absolutely gives great pointers on styling and what might look good on you. Everyone at the salon has been great, it's clean, organized and lively. They take card for payment and allow you to tip over venmo which is great. My only call out is I've had simple services like a bangs trim cost a fair amount, though my regular haircuts have been great. I've never left unhappy with my hair, so I'll definitely be sticking around!“

“Had a makeup application with Alexandra, with assist from Kathy. I told her that I wanted something very natural for a wedding. This salon uses extremely good products. Alexandra consulted with me to make sure that I was comfortable with what she was doing as I told her that I do not normally wear makeup. I attended the wedding and felt comfortable the whole time because I never felt that my makeup was overdone. I also ended up getting a blowout which allowed me to relax before getting dressed instead of doing my hair on my own. The salon has very good energy. I'm so happy that I picked this salon! She asked me questions and was so kind explaining to me the best methods for doing this to keep my hair healthy. The haircut and color turned out AMAZING - I highly reccomend Lida!! “We did a gel x mani pedi as a bridal party and it was so fun! The salon is non toxic so there is no smell from harsh chemicals and our designers went above to make our nails beautiful. It was the best salon experience, complete with mimosas, eye masks and no many giggles“

“I first went to Natalie Urban as an emergency to get my hair fix and treat due the damage another salon caused. I will say I have zero complaints and highly recommend Natalie to any of my friends and family. She has treated my hair from the bleach damage I had and it has grown so much. She literally revived my hair color too I went from orange yellow hair to beautiful caramel highlights! I love my hair now and look forward to my hair progress with Natalie. ?“

“Absolute favorite place to get my nails done. They are quick, fairly priced, the salon is clean, relaxing (some places are loud, have chemical smells) but not here. They play good music at a low level, show things on the TV you’d actually want to watch. I used to dread getting my nails done but not anymore. Also love that I can book appts via text message. Staff is so friendly, I won’t go anywhere else now that I I’ve found it.“
