I met Shawni the owner who is beautiful inside and out and has so much passion and knowledge of the beauty industry. I made an appointment for the next day and got the cutest tiny tattoo on my wrist by the lovely Ava. I wished I had gotten one more but ran out of time. Thank you Ava! “Rena and her team were so amazing on our wedding day, and she is a true artist when it comes to hair and makeup!! We used Bright Crystal for our wedding day on 10/21/23 at Neighborhood Church and La Venta. We were all staying at Terranea, which Rena has a lot of experience doing for weddings and her and her team have their system down pat! Rena also actually did the hair and makeup for my older sisters wedding and we all loved our hair and makeup so much that I wanted her back for my wedding ? The HUA artists for BCM arrived early (at 6:45 AM) and kept us on schedule all morning, as well as executed all of the looks that all my bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother in law and grandmas wanted to perfection - they also were great to be around the morning of and so professional. They were happy to do tweaks for the bridesmaids who just wanted to implement a few changes, as well as did touch ups before everyone before the wedding. Everyone raved about their hair and my grandmas felt so beautiful Rena also made me look exactly how I’ve wanted to as a bride on my wedding day…natural, beautiful, modern, radiant, and like myself. I wouldn’t recommend any other HUA vendor for your wedding!! She’s especially amazing with Asian hair and makeup because I feel like some HUA artists struggle with Asian skin tone and hair, so it felt really great to have someone I was confident understood the look I was going for and is so talented ? From the trial we did a couple of months beforehand and the wedding day, my whole experience with Rena and her team was seamless and I’m so glad she was part of our wedding day! “My first time at Bloom. Linda, the Aesthetician, was great. She explained much to me during a consultation. Apparently I've been putting sunscreen on wrong for years. You learn something new everyday. She did dermabrasion on me, then, a dry skin facial. Loved the green tea steam. My face was alive, and felt smoothe after. I purchased a few of their products. Wonderful products, but the glycolic acid wash did not work on my skin. I am far too sensitive. Too bad, as I loved the way it felt. Ask for Linda. She's very professional.“

“I am so glad I found her and got my eye brows and eye lashes done by her. My eye brows were severely scarred from previous eye brow tattoo by another person, and Hannah took her time to correct it (I think it took almost 2.5+hrs - almost 3hrs) and it sure does look way better. Eye lashes look so natural that my female coworkers were very impressed and complemented!! Super nice she's in Torrance and I won't have to go to Ktown or OC for a good eye brow/eye lash place. Aside from her great skills and service, she is such a friendly and lovely person too, I just can't stop chatting with her during my sessions and time just flies. Totally recommend her.“

I'm a long time customer, been seeing Helen exclusively for 7 years+ as my facial aesthetician. Skin care continues to be important to me and she still is the best for facials. Helen has always been incredibly kind and friendly to me and anyone else I refer. I'll never forget that she got me a cake for my birthday, which was so sweet of her! I usually get a signature facial and eye lash perm. It's such a relaxing experience whenever I go. She also does a wonderful neck, shoulder, and arm massage while the facial mask is setting. Periodically she's tried new treatments on me and I've also done microdermabrasion. Helen is very knowledgable and stays up to date with the latest and greatest in skincare and beauty.A New Day Spa also has an assortment of skin care and make-up products that are available for purchase.
