The battery started out at 40% charged and is already declining. I am afraid we haven’t solved the problem. It doesn’t seem like the battery will accept a charge. What do we do now? - Steve

Great experience! My phone screen stopped working, needed my phone back for work. Verizon recommended them to fix it, fair price, took them only 2 hours to fix it, replaced the battery and my phone had issues with the charging port as well (its a bit old). They took care of that too. Great job, fast service and no annoying late appointments. Highly recommend ?. I did check another place before here and the price was almost double for the screen only.
