It’s generally difficult to think of interactions with a mortuary as pleasant but in this context I must make an exception. I created pre-need planning for my partner and myself in early 2025. Working with Connie Swain was a pleasure. She is quite knowledgeable and very personable. My partner died recently, Connie made contact the next day and made it simple and clear that a few more signatures for the final paperwork need be completed. I was able to complete without leaving the house, a gift at this moment in the experience.

Great support in our time of need. Our father passed away unexpectedly, and we were at a loss for how to handle arrangements. Rose Mortuaries came highly recommended by the medical officials who attended to our father.
When we called Rose Mortuaries we initially spoke with Connie who was patient, empathetic, and did not overwhelm us at all. When we attended our first appointment we worked with Alex who saw us all the way through the entire process.
