Anything I brought to them is done correctly. They call you before doing any spot removal. They cleaned my silk shirt. Not only was it bagged correctly, the sleeves were pinned in the front so as not to wrinkle them. I've never seen that done before. Customer service is over and above. They always offer assistance to my car without me asking.
Update (4/15/2024): After receiving a very detailed explanation about what happened with my order, I am revising my review to 5-stars. Customer service is very important to me and very impressive to receive such a courteous response.
This was a great find! Very good service as all of the reviews stated. I did have to wait a while upon arriving. And then they were short staffed so I had to wait two weeks for one dress. For some reason I did not get a text notifying me my dress was ready. I had to eventually call. But, they did a great job. I haven’t had anything dry cleaned in a while. I was shocked it was $16.50 for a dual-layer dress. But I’ll be back!
First time customer Feb 24. They cleaned my white flokati throw blanket. Amazing, looks brand new. There customer service is 5 stars, Something you do not see anymore. How refreshing!!!
