Avoid, avoid, avoid. $70 pair of dress pants destroyed by Classic Cleaner's alterations. Do not have your items altered here. Absolutely ZERO Customer Service. It would be nice if they would change their hours of operation on the internet, but that would mean they care about their customers, which they absolutely don't. See photo for reference on how they will hem your dress pants.

Horrible service, I arrived at their door 6 mins before 6 pm to pick up my laundry and the lady was locking the door. I told her it is not 6 O'clock yet and she continued to lock the door and said I have to go to another store - which is weird because all stores close either five or six. The following day I arrived early to the store and rang the bell at the desk she was rude and said I already saw you. Never using them again .

I have been going to this cleaner for over a decade and was told by the owner as a local business employee and long term customer I would be given a discount on services 20% if not same day or next day, However, I found out the other day that this was not happening, trusting the employee that they applied the discount was not true, after over a decade and thousands of dollars in services (Weekly services), I feel very discouraged to continue my business. I was told by the manager , Christine that there was nothing she could do, that the owner is never available and good luck getting hold of him. Another discouraging aspect to my business (over $2000 a year).
