I’ve dropped off three rounds of clothing at this location, and the dry cleaning has been completed competently each time.
However, (1) the tailor they used to alter some items of clothing left loose threads hanging on each garment that I asked to get taken in, and (2) on one occasion they were closed during hours they advertise as being open (12:30pm on a Saturday).
I've been using Jonathans cleaners for several months now, and they've consistently delivered top-notch service. My clothes always come back perfectly clean, pressed, and smelling fresh. The staff is friendly, efficient, and they remember my preferences, which is a nice personal touch. Turnaround time is quick, and I appreciate how reliable they are, even with last-minute requests. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality and professionalism in your dry cleaning!
With so many dry cleaners in the area I would honestly say this is our spot when it comes to dry cleaning. They are always consistent ! The owner is also a good man who always shows good costumer service when we see him. We love to support businesses who are for there costumers and for good service .
