Bill and Company has been doing our taxes for 12 years. We have 2 businesses (both S Corps). I rate Bill and crew 5 stars. I am writing this review as I saw a few negative ones and I simply don't agree. My experience has been very good. I deal with many CPAs, Tax Accountants and Bookkeepers in my business. Bill has a good shop and is worth interviewing when looking for a very competent tax and business accountant. I was concerned when I was reading these reviews but I was personally referred by a fellow peer and took a leap of faith. I am certainly glad that I did. Mr. Healey was exceptionally knowledgeable and listened to the needs of both my organization and personal financial goals. With his guidance I was able to grow my business and avoid pitfalls that would have hindered me greatly. Thank you to Mr. Healey and his wonderful staff.

Healey & Associates is to be avoided. - Mistakes: plural. - That included filing the wrong forms in California two years in a row when it's CA accountants, which was discovered by a third party. - Did not explain bills when asked twice. - California Franchise Tax Board's notice said it was keeping the CA refund. No refund check over 4-months after e-filing means it did.
