Been a patient for several years due to convenience of the location. In the process of looking elsewhere. 1. Office Is not managed well. The last 3 times I've had to get an imaging done or test, they have screwed up the code, and then have lied saying they put the right code in. Ended up paying for an MRI myself because of the mess. Caught one of the office people in a lie when I found out they weren't returning calls from the insurance company to verify an incorrect code. The insurance company has audit records, but not the ortho office when they request an imaging! 2. Called to get PT appts after my full knee replacement surgery at UCLA. No appts and not helpful. Not really caring attitude all around.

Can't say anything bad. Not a long wait, the care was excellent. And the doctor was very clear in his diagnosis and recommendation.
