We had a very good experience here. My granddaughter was seen by Dr. Patel who was very professional and warm. The office staff were all very professional and helpful. The facilities were clean. I highly recommend Desert Oasis Healthcare and so does my granddaughter!

Staff members listen attentitively, offer solutions, and have excellent communication skills. Communication within the organization also seems to be cohesive because specific issues are easily resolved. Truly, on behalf of my mom, husband and myself, Thank you!

I think tela-medicine is a fabulous idea. Driving to the doctor's office to tell him you have a cold no longer make sense.

I called to be seen but was rejected because "we are only seeing our patients ". That's ridiculous for a supposed urgent care facility. They should have their license revoked

Been taking my daughter here for years. Normally, during the day. Came in tonight and the receptionist clearly wanted to leave early and when I protested my son being seen, he started flaring his arms like some crazy person. Office manager came out, with a blank, uneducated face and did nothing. Do not recommend.
