Jerry of Cal-Spec and his assistant provided a thorough, concise, informative home inspection report in an extremely timely manner. Their photos of the areas of concern were very helpful. I highly recommend Cal-Spec Home Inspections.
Jerry was great. He was very approachable and was willing to answer all questions. His home inspection report was very detailed with pictures and videos and a summary section. Jerry followed up and welcomed any questions I may have had. I would definitively recommend him.
