It was very pleasant to work with a professional of this caliber. Inspector arrived on time and was extremely thorough, spending the necessary time to fully inspect the home. The knowledge & experience he had regarding manufactured homes made me feel comfortable that my prospective purchase was in good condition and with correction of the few items it needed would bring it to great condition. He even provided recommendations on who to contact to have those corrections made, which I researched and found to be top notch tradesmen with stellar reviews and long work histories in my area. Jerry was everything a buyer would want in a Home Inspector: thorough, communicative, and experienced with an out-going personality (even over the phone!) As an out-of-town buyer I was not able to be present at the inspection. No problem! The detailed reports that Jerry sent via e-mail with equally detailed photographs and accompanying excellent explanations put my mind at ease over any concerns I had.
