Sergio was great, He arrived on time. He meticulously replaced my broken vent lid and affixed vent covers. He also noticed cracking roof sealant. He very patiently and methodically cleaned the previous cracking sealant and put a fresh layers of Dicor. His pricing was comparable to the market competition rather better.
