Julio S. went above and beyond by helping me retrieve historical records for my travel trailer—even though I last bought from them 10 years ago! The fact that he dedicated his time to support a returning customer without any expectation of a sale speaks volumes about his character and dedication. Thank you, Julio, for the outstanding, long-term customer service!
We recently purchased a Class C motorhome and couldn’t have had a better experience with the purchase through Giant RV. We traded in our previous RV, which still had a loan on it, and they gave us a great value for it. The trade-in process was completely hassle-free.
We handled most of the numbers over the phone before heading in to pick up the RV, so there were no surprises. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. We highly recommend Giant RV to anyone looking for an easy, stress-free RV buying experience!
The team around Rusty, Alejandro, Jake and Jim made the purchasing of my trailer and trade-in procedure easy, transparent & straight forward. Everything was handled professionally and without any hick-ups. Thank you!
