I had a really good experience at this dealership! The representative, Jarelis, was very thorough and helped us do some extra research when we asked about modifications we could do depending on what we'd be using a particular model for. This place doesn't feel like a sales environment at all! Thank you!

was genuinely interested in what I had to say and I know I received excellent customer service because he knew what I was looking for based on what I described as priorities. And I got just that!!

We had such a great experience at Giant RV, and a huge part of that was thanks to Katz. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer every question we had and really made sure we understood all of our options without ever making us feel pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find the right RV for their needs instead of just trying to make a sale. I would absolutely recommend asking for Katz if you’re shopping there.
