These people will not stop calling me. It's harassment and there is no way to be put on a do not call list. They call several times a day and they call all hours of the day. If I could give negative stats, I would.

This place is a joke! They came to my house a total of 3 times, one being the initial intake and the others a nurse with the incorrect supplies after I called and reminded them what was needed, after the last visit the nurse said another nurse would come the following week, ok I waited- nobody came for days! I called Tristan the supervisor left a message and he didn’t get back to me, next day I called him again and I couldn’t leave a message because his voicemail was full, I called the direct number and they said they would send out a nurse, nobody ever came out, no call no discharge no nothing, do not recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These people are rude to my parents on the phone. Tristan specifically is rude, interupts people on the phone and talks over them. These people NEED to understand they're speaking to OLDER individuals and they need TIME for people to explain things clearly to them in a NICE manner. This is their JOB and they need to be trained properly!!!
