I have ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) and I am wheelchair-bound. I needed help starting from very early in the morning (5:00 a.m.). Lolita was able to find a caregiver who was willing to drive up to our house so early in the morning. So far, this caregiver has never been late. She is well trained to take care of disabled people like me. She does it with utmost care, compassion and above all with a smile. Even the substitute caregiver who came one day was equally good. Lolita and her staff are very friendly and they try to address your needs. There were a few issues with scheduling; but they were eventually resolved. FirstLight home care is always available to meet my need even at the last minute. They find somebody who can go with me to my doctor's appointment whenever I need it. The caregivers are all very friendly and cordial respectful and prompt. They're willing to go out of their way to help me whenever possible. They're truly good company as well I enjoy the service very much
