Maria Jimenez started caring for my husband, Jim in mid-January, 2025, 2 days a week. On October 6th Maria started coming 3 days a week. She is very friendly & very thorough. Maria has a good relationship with my husband. I love to hear her laugh at his silly comments & jokes. When I need to run errands or meet with a friend for breakfast, I'm very confident that Jim will be well taken care of. We love her:)
My family member with Alzheimer’s started receiving services from Home Instead approximately 5 months ago. Ana J has been the care pro 4 days a week. She’s been wonderful with my husband and clearly has a lot of experience. Ana is patient, kind and thorough when helping him with his ADL and making him comfortable. She accomplishes in a short period what would take me much longer, and try my patience. Always reliable, Ana arrives as scheduled, and with a smile. My experience with Home Instead has been positive, everyone I’ve spoken with or had in our home has been considerate and helpful. I recommend this agency without reservation.
My husband never recovered from hip surgery, so I went through the VA and they set me up with Home instead, very happy with them. Cynthia is terrific and got us a great caregiver Terri, we have had her for a year and am very happy with Home Instead
