Associate Delilah and area manager Teresa were absolutely wonderful about resolving a misunderstanding with a previous transaction. Their kindness and professionalism really came through and I am absolutely happy and satisfied with the outcome. It really makes a difference when a wonderful employee and a compassionate and knowledgeable manager take the time to address every area of concern and takes steps to make it right.
There was an issue on the day that I signed up with Sev laser, and it involved an employee that is no longer employed by Sev, but on that day a duplicate loan was put through on PatientFi, a financing company that was recommended by Sev. That same employee also failed to provide a couple of credits and discounts at the time of signing up and the entire thing was aggravating. By the time I went into the rancho clinic, that employee was no longer employed and Delilah took over with the proceedings to get my duplicate loan refunded and later Teresa, the area manager, made sure I was offered rectifications. Mistakes happen but I’m very happy with the final outcome because of these wonderful women who represent Sev Laser.
Staff is always been amazing! Delilah is super welcoming, helpful, kind and informative! She even helped a mama out with my little one today! I’ve had Bree Quintana twice now and will request her any opportunity possible! Thank you staff
