Very nice team working there, very clean facility. Excellent health care, onsite doctor was very informative and explained thoroughly the care they would administer. Not too busy the time I went but the parking could get busy.

I had an excellent experience at Carbon Health Urgent Care telehealth for the Rancho Cucamonga clinic. PA Bryan Mota was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring throughout my televisit. He took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained everything, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. His compassion and attention to detail made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I highly recommend Carbon Health, and I am especially grateful to Bryan Mota for his exceptional care.

Bryan Mota really cares about the quality of care he gives his patients. I have a lot of medical issues and he talks to me and tries to help me the best he can to keep me out of the emergency room. You can genuinely tell he cares about his patients and listens to them.
