The Rancho Cucamonga VA Clinic provides great care and service to its patients. The staff, including doctors and nurses, are helpful, friendly, and respectful. They offer timely and excellent care, including diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions. The clinic is clean and well-maintained, and the representatives are always willing to lend a helping hand with claims and guidance.
I've been coming to this location for over 2 years now and I love this clinic. All staff are kind and professional. They always have upbeat spirits and they get things done. I'm not sure why the ratings are so low, but I love this location. My appointments are always on time. I recommend the Rancho Cucamonga VA Clinic, I've had nothing but positive experiences there.
Outstanding Doctors, nurses and front desk personnel. I am so grateful for the care I receive. I never have a problem making an appointment or getting one VERY soon. My primary care doctor is very knowledgeable and caring. I am always greeted with respect. I feel that they go way above and beyond. Much better care than I have received from my civilian (Medicare doctors for sure). VA care is the BEST!
I've had nothing but great care and service from my Dr. Chong and all his staff and nurse. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and was treated immediately and prescribed medication to bring it under control. I've had surgeries at the Loma Linda hospital and also great care and always very clean and respectful from everyone. Thank you all for my continued health.
