If i can give more than 5 stars I would. Dr Gibbs and staff are very nice, friendly caring people. I wouldn't pay attention to any negative reviews about this place. They are a small practice compared to other offices, its simple to just leave a message if they are not able to pick up, they usually get back to you within the same day, it does seem like its one person on the phone but you got to be patient if not its simple to look elsewhere. But I highly recommend this place. This is not your typical doctors office, they make you feel very welcomed and very cared for. Dr and staff are awesome! Best allergy care that you can get. Thank you

Putting 3 stars because there are some pros and cons. When first coming here i had a good experience, doctor was helpful and thorough, but after 1-3 visits i felt rushed because it seems like he has a very busy schedule. But i guess I understand that because he's only one person. The girl in the office is very friendly and welcoming. I dont have an issue with her or the doctor really. One main problem is getting through someone on the phone even if you leave a message, i think her name is Tina, I been calling alot and seems like she doesnt want to pick up. Dr. Gibbs is a rare find. He is extremely knowledgeable, has excellent bedside manner, and goes the extra mile to find the correct, personalized treatment. And the best part, he *gasp* actually cares about his patients.Over the years, I have been seen by too many doctors who are dismissive, do not listen, and offer treatments that are ostensibly financially motivated.
