Dr’s are very good and gives good time to talk to patients about health.But but Staff working in this facility don’t care about patients at all. Never submit all PA or any other requirement to the insurance on time. We have to keep calling them and sometimes you have to come in person to get info. Whenever we call them they takes forever to answer the phone but when we come in person to talk to them they all are mingle with each other not that busy to take care of the phone.

After reading the reviews I can see why everyone complains about the front office receptionist the one with the Glasses her Name is Maria she is so rude. She should not be in the front helping people she's incompetent and has no shame to show her attitude at all. Unfortunately this over shadows the nice doctors. I've never in my life seen how disgusting this office is ran

Never answer the phone, tried get refill a month in advanced but they never answered or refused to set up an appointment for my mother. Our pharmacist has called them to authorize a refill but they don't even answer the pharmacist. I'm very concerned for my mother's health, she has high blood pressure and needs her medication but they refused to offer any solution. They blankety stated how they did not care if anything were to happen to my mother. This place should be shut down. No one go here, they do not care about your health just your money.
