I've been well served and well taken care of by Advanced Psych Associates for serval years. Dr. Debb and staff and been supportive, accompodating to all my appointment requests and chnages, and very helpful with any insurance updates.

I started therapy, I couldn't video chat one morning and even told them the night before and I haven’t heard from my therapist since, been about a month now, no ones reached out, just shows she (Ayleen) doesn’t even care about my well being and probably doing it for the money. Not just that, but she wouldn’t even finish the whole hour and would cut it short every time. idk i just thought therapy would be more helpful, caring and professional with their work but it wasn’t for me, we talked about nothing helpful really just about the same things and how i should get medication on the very first day of therapy (who wants to hear that? why not wait a couple more sessions...read full review

My therapist Aileen really helped me out. I'm finally feeling like myself after so long. She was very patient and kind. I also had a good experience with the staff, all were very nice.
