From the very first interview presentation, I was blown away by Tankersley Build Co.’s immediate understanding of our mission behind building the Community Food Hub. Steve and Heather’s expertise in construction and the Design-Build methodology created a collaborative, open-book, and highly responsive process that allowed us to complete the project in an incredible 11-month timeframe.

We had Tankersley construction build out our restaurant in Roseville. Out of so many things that could go wrong during this type of project, we had one thing that we knew for sure was the right move and that was having Steve and Heather on our side. They were super involved from start to finish, great communication and very organized. It was truly a relief to have them on our side. We were working with a tight deadline and they did the best they could to get us there.
