Service 1st auto glass

Started my claim with State Farm on June 18th due to a crack in my windshield. I was referred to service 1st and they informed me that it would take a few weeks since they needed to order the glass. That was fine… 3 weeks later I call them and was told the glass came in and once picked up they would call me to schedule an appointment. Never hear from them. 2 weeks later I call back again since nobody reached out… they told me that another company picked up the glass and they needed to reorder another one. Again radio silence on their part. A few more weeks and I still hear nothing so I call back and was told they would come out on 7/31 between 10-12 to install...read full review

Called a couple of auto glass shops and was told it would take 10 days to get the glass, but when I called Service 1st and talked with "John," he told me he could have my glass the next day, so I gave him the job. He said he would come to my house on Friday, after his morning appointment. I waited until 3 pm on Friday and then called him. He said he got stuck on some jobs but would be at my house later by end of the day. He never showed up. Called him over the weekend but no answer. Called the shop Monday morning but no answer. Called the shop Monday afternoon but got their vm. Left message asking them to call me but they never did. Cancelled the job on Tuesday. Worst customer service ever! They should change their name to SERVICE LAST AUTOGLASS

I new to Rocklin and had a severely cracked windshield on my Honda element work vehicle. Two polite gentlemen showed on on time, very personable, respectful and knowledgeable. showed me what the last windshield guys did wrong in the sealing installing processes and we're overall a pleasure to do business with. They worked fast and efficiently and knocked it out of the park when it comes to A+ service and quality. I highly recommend this outfit.
