Technicians didn't tell me they failed to complete the recalibration until 10 days after I left. I had told them it was important to complete the repair because I was taking the vehicle to a family member so job has to be completed out of state.

Not only did my 90 min repair take almost 5 hours, it just rained for the first time since the repair so I find out the repair tech broke my driver side windshield wiper. Not the physical wiper itself, but the motor that drives the wiper. I am on the phone with them now, and I got hung up on before I could even speak to someone. DO NOT COME HERE!

A rock shattered the glass on the highway right near the exit of this place. We pulled into and asked for help vacuuming up and getting us back on the road. They were able to accommodate us, vacuum everything and tape shrink wrap around the window and within 20 minutes we’re back on the road for our weekend vacation. Very helpful and friendly and didn’t charge for the service. Thanks Nick!
