We recently completed a solar project with Semper Solaris, and I want to especially recognize Janice Lee, our service project coordinator. From start to finish, she made the process smooth, stress-free, and efficient. She kept us updated every step of the way, coordinated with the roofing team and installers, and always responded quickly whenever we had questions. Her professionalism and clear communication gave us peace of mind, and you can tell she truly cares about her customers. The advisor listened to my needs and wants for the system. Worked with me for the design on my roof for the panels and for the Batteries installed on my walls. Once permits were approved the install was fast, 1 Day for the equipment installs and 1/2 Day for commissioning and final inspection by the city.?
Angie was nothing short of a pleasure to deal with. I have been having issues with my Sun Power system. I have been on multiple calls with them and no resolve. Angie was diligent and easy to talk to and already had me closer to the fix in 5min than Sun Power has in hours on the phone. Thank you AC!
