I sent Alex a few photos, and he immediately figured out it was a cracked elbow joint in the service line. He came out the next morning and replaced it with a sturdier setup. Fair price, super friendly, and really knowledgeable. Definitely calling R Box again for any plumbing needs

Alex is awesome. Very responsive and the pricing is fair. He and his brother just replaced a water heater for me a few months ago and last week came out to repair a water line leak. He is such a pleasure to talk to and I am so happy that I now have a plumber that I can trust.
