As a large commercial distributor, we've used Pinnacle for Covid services and sewer backup/flooding. Completely satisfied with their responsiveness and restorative capabilities. Little downtime and highly conscious about not affecting ongoing business operations.
Unfortunately for us, the winter storms brought some water damage to one of our baseboards along a wall that was outside facing. It resulted in some bubbling. We were unsure about how severe the damage was and called around to get some quotes. One place was asking for a $250 deposit, which could later be applied to services, just to get one of their technicians to come out.Family friends highly recommended this company after they had utilized their services on multiple homes. A centuries-old oak tree fell on our house and made it unlivable. Charlene came in with her team and quickly se us at ease with their professions care in handling/packing our personal goods. Charlene and Sal then helped us understand what was considered a total loss. Now the home is repaired they brought back and staged the 100 plus boxes. Not a single broken item.
