I have known Kathy for years and she is above average at her job. Her office is immaculate, she is concerned for her client's well-being, and she is a compassionate person about the environment and all defenseless animals in this world. In her business practices, she is on time, organized, and completely reliable. I can honestly recommend Kathy to anyone who wants electrology as she will only speak her truth about your needs and what she can deliver and give excellent service all at the same time. (Anyone who loves animals as much as Kathy is a GREAT PERSON in my book.)

Kathleen successfully treated me for several years, and the hair removal was permanent. I had used others other the years but Kathleen is the best.I happened to check to see if she is still around as a friend needed electrolysis. That's when I saw a snarky Yelp review about her requiring vaccinations. She is correct to require them, for herself, her clients and others protection. Hard to reconcile the reviewer being fearful of a vaccine needle, but not not an electrolysis needle.Kathy had always kept a safe sterile environment. She is the best, and a kind person with your safety and looks her most important goal.

Kathy is a superb electrologist. Her treatments are painless and thorough. Also she's a really nice person. I travel from Citrus Heights to Rancho to see her. Highly recommend!
