I was disappointed with my recent experience. She did not fully listen to my request and dismissed it before I could properly explain what I wanted. I assumed she understood since she brushed it off quickly, but the final result was the opposite of what I had asked for.
While I appreciate friendly conversation during the service, some comments were inappropriate. She mentioned that unthreaded eyebrows are “not presentable, even at the grocery store.” Personal grooming choices are a personal decision, and such comments felt unprofessional and rude.
On a positive note, the threading was not painful. However, it seemed that more hair was removed than I had requested.
