Pricing is a little high but overall good, room was very big, you can easily sleep 4 people in a double. Breakfast was fairly lacking, had the basics but not a lot of variety. Food was warm and tasted alright, kind of disappointing with canned fruit and such.
5/5 Stars – Absolutely Incredible Graduation Stay!
I recently stayed at the Hyatt in Rancho Cordova on May 22nd to celebrate my graduation, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I used my points for a comped room so my best friend and I could have a special space to get ready, and the hotel truly went above and beyond to make it memorable.
A few days before checking in, I emailed the hotel to inquire about potential add-ons or complementary upgrades. Within a day or two, they called me back with a super helpful heads-up about what they could offer.
The absolute highlight of the trip was Jenna and her manager. Incredibly, Jenna...read full review
Beautifully renovated with great staff, but very loud AC unitsPros:
The hotel looks recently renovated with a very nice design. The staff is super friendly, and the breakfast is quite good by American hotel standards.
Even though the highway is right next door, the sound insulation is excellent and you can't hear the traffic at all.Cons:
The old air conditioning units in the room are incredibly loud. Also, the pillows were uncomfortable, the bedding felt cheap, and the mattresses were just okay.
Summary: Everything else was perfectly fine, but I barely got any sleep due to the noisy AC.
