I asked Kayla to cut 3 inches off of my hair, I just wanted a good trim, she ignored what I said and she cut my hair probably 5-6 inches shorter I actually don't give her a 1 star, I give her a 0 star!!! I cannot believe this happened to me, I should not have trusted the reviews for a haircut, very, very disappointed π

I went to this stylist for a fade, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. I specifically asked for a low fade, but she didnβt listen at all. Instead, she cut my hair way too high and rounded, making it look more like a military cut than what I asked for. If youβre looking for a proper fade, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Definitely not the place for menβs fades.

The owner and her staff are knowledgeable, chill, and super understanding. They care for their customer's needs and have a vision for a great haircut. Awesome lady who can relate w/ any and all age groups. She is the best and more experienced than anyone. 5/5 stars.

I went in as a walk in. Kayla was amazing, she explained how to maintain my hair did a wounderful job on covering up my grey hair and old blond highlights I had. Kayla never asked for a tip and there is no automatic tip on the machine when you pay. She more than deserved her tip. I am very happy I went there and my daughter says she will be going there for her hair as well.

At first I was a little hesitant coming here because I have really curly hair, but oh my gosh, these ladies are amazing! Not only were they able to get my hair super silky straight, they are the best at massaging your scalp (the shampoo they use smells so good lol). Cut my hair extremely short on the sides without asking, my sides are almost bald while the back of my head looks like it grew a mullet. Combine that with the top of my head and it looks like a mushroom. I paid 30 dollars for what looks like a pseudo-mullet coupled with the last vestiges of a balding mans hairβit is truly an awful, sad sight to see every time you look in the mirror. Will probably be my last haircut here.

Great service!! Kayla knew exactly what I wanted. She even fix the mistake quickly when I was given the wrong color on my hair. Shoutout to the friendly staff members too for their hard work. I'll definitely be back. I plan to bring my husband and son to get their haircut at this location.

Got my hair cut by Ann. She was recommended by an associate. I have finally found someone who knows how to cut and style short, silver hair. Even seniors want to look their best. She shaped and blended my hair to look great and feminine even though I have short hair. Made my hair look good again. The shop is full of light and clean. I have found my hairdresser!!! Thank you Ann.
