DreamBuilders Home Remodeling

We recently had our whole house updated. New floors (including new baseboards), new countertops, and all 3 bathrooms updated as well. We interviewed several design/build companies and are soooo glad we chose Mike and Kathe at DreamBuilders for the job. When we signed our contract with them, we had no idea that COVID 19 was about to change everything. We chose to move out for our remodel, and a week after we moved out, California issued a shelter in place order. Somehow, Mike and Kathe kept everything on schedule and kept us updated throughout. We just recently had two bathrooms done by Mike and Kathe. A large master and smaller bedroom bathroom. They were a dream to work with from start to finish. We've undergone several large remodel projects and this firm was the best! They did everything they said they would! They were neat and kept the site cleared up as they worked. The main contractor was there daily and Mike checked in on a regular basis. For the most part they kept very close to the schedule they outlined for us in the beginning. Heard great things about this company and attended their workshops on Bath and Kitchen remodel. Nice workshops and very nice people until we tried to actually schedule a meeting to begin the process. We finally booked a spot with them the next week. We later received an email canceling the meeting and wishing us luck on our remodel. It was real kiss off and they provided NO explanation. So, this is a two star rating for a service we never got to experience.
