Have been going to Costco optometry in Rancho Cordova since 4 years and always have had positive experience. Optometrist Dora and the previous optometrists were all experienced and thorough in exams and discussing evaluations and any concerns. All of our family members go to this Optometrist. No complaints except maybe they should improve the space in their waiting area. It is very cramped and only 1-2 chairs available to sit. So if more than 1-2 customers show up at the same time, there is not even standing room in their office. You have walk around or shop and just go in when it is your appt. time!!

Clarissa was my tech today getting my prescription eyeglasses. She was the best tech I've ever had! Patient, knowledgeable, complete, great with the computer and listened to what I preferred. Totally recommend the vision dept, and they should make her full-time in the vision dept!

Dr. Do recognized a retinal problem right away and I ended up at Retinal Consultants, having surgery. Additionally, when I had previously gotten lined bifocals and realized I really needed progressive lenses instead in order to see the computer screen, I was able to have them switch it out with no additional charge. I've had nothing but good experiences here.
