Awesome 24-hour (weekdays) gym in Ramona. They have a tanning, spray tanning, hydromassage table, and physical advising rooms on top of a bunch of old school free weights, lifting stations, dynamic workout/turf carpet room and plenty of cardio machines. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They will work with you to find your needs. They also have a smoothie bar that has a bunch of different options and add-ons (not just your standard wheat grass either). Classes rotate workouts regularly and have regular sessions with different classes (mostly upstairs). They also have an attached day-care center for kids which alot of people use for their kids while they work out.
I’ve been working out at The Gym for over a year and absolutely love it! We are so spoiled here in Ramona with a clean space, on the floor and in the locker rooms, with a friendly supportive staff. Nice equipment and everything you need to accomplish your health goals, and great supportive trainers and members around if you need any help. Highly recommend!
I've had nothing but great experiences thanks to Viviana! She's always welcoming, professional, and willing to help with any questions. She has a positive attitude that makes the gym feel comfortable and motivating. You can tell she genuinely cares about the members and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great experience. Definitely deserves 5 stars!
