I am so happy with my results in just a few months .....and I didn't really diet!I lost 5 lbs & 3 inches (targeting my belly)Initially, the Dr helped me choose a plan of attack.I choose the belly buster treatment (I liked the results from the first one so much I did another)!I went to the Poway office and had Bella & Brianna attending to me during my treatments. They are professional, kind, respectful and judgment free. Everything was explained and I felt comfortable each visit.For reference, I'm over 60 and have always struggled with my weight.I highly recommend Lipo Lounge

Visited the La Mesa location and Candace was super nice! Did the EMShape I found on Groupon and then signed up for some lipo-melt sessions. Super pretty and professional facility- excited for my future visits here!

Had a great workout with Alexa! One of the best instructors I have come across and it's because she does a great job simplifying things. I have done Yoga before but did not think Pilates would be such a good workout. I love how she was able to push me but knew my limits as well. Will be coming back next Saturday!
