This is so important, because they make you feel welcome right away. If your appointment was scheduled for, lets say, 9 AM. You will either be seen a few minutes before 9 or just shortly after. One of Dr. Kechichian's staff will lead you to your room. Dr.K will then see you PERSONALLY. Never a PA to do the work. Very personable, knowlegable, and thorough. I cannot say enough good about the service and professionalism of this office. I am currently taking radiation treatments for small cell carcinoma, a new service in this office. and could not be more appreciative of the interaction with the radiologist, who is very thorough as well.
