Clean and spotless! Diane was first-rate, always keeping in mind the customer is first. She consistently demonstrates excellent customer service skills by actively listening to customers, addressing their concerns promptly, and exceeding their expectations.
I received a 60 min deep tissue massage, and Andrew was very professional and consistent with skills and techniques applying the right amount of pressure. My legs and feet were so swollen from lack of circulation, and and the end of the session, I could already see and feel the pressure going away and the swelling going down. I was able to sleep last night with virtually no pain and woke up to almost no swelling. Went in for a couples massage and had a great time. Diane and the other lady did great. Both were very polite and provided us with a great experience. Highly recommend Diane for anyone that needs a massage at Lancaster location.
